조지아 대학에서 5분거리에 위치한 타운하우스에 서브리스 구합니다.

3층에 방, 화장실도 따로 구비되어 있고 세탁기, 건조기, 주방 가정용품도 다 있습니다.

방은 3개, 화장실은 3.5개로 거실에 게스트 화장실도 있고 베란다도 있습니다. 

렌트비는 한달에 $350, 유틸리는 한달에 $70불정도 나옵니다. 

**주의상황** 룸메이트 하나가 고양이를 키우고 있으니 고양이 알러지가 없으신 분이셔야 합니다. 

6개월동안은 서브리스를 하실것이며 그후엔 리스에 사인하시면 됩니다. 원래는 security deposit & application fee $300정도 들지만 벌써 살고있는 곳에 들어오시니 부과가 안됩니다.

Sublease for a property 5 minutes away from University of Georgia.

The unit is 3 floors. You will be using the room on the 3rd floor with your own bathroom. 

There are 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom with guest bathroom in the living room as well as a deck.

Rent is $350 per month. Utility is around $70 a month. 

**Important Notice** One of our roommate has a cat, so we would need someone that does not have cat allergy.

For 6 months, you would be subleasing, but you wll sign your own lease after that. Normally, security deposit and application fee of $300 would apply. You DO NOT have to pay this since you are moving into an occupied unit. Please e-mail or give a call to above information if interested. There is Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and many restaurants are around in 2- 3 minutes. Downtown Athens is 10 minutes distance. I can e-mail or text pictures if interested. You can move in early January.
