Athens, GA에 (The Park: Lakeside Apartments) 6,7월 Sublease합니다.

한달에 $325 (Wifi포함), Utility는 제가 내겠습니다.

1층에 있는 4bed 2bath (개인 싱크대)입니다. 

현재 같이 화장실을 썼던 룸메이트가 여름동안 한국에 나가 있어서 화장실을 혼자 쓰시게 됩니다. 

방에 가구 (침대, 옷장, 수납장, 책상, 의자) 포함 되어있습니다.

제방에 큰 창문이 2개 있어서 햇빛이 잘 들어와요. 

세탁기/건조기가 주방쪽에 따로 있고요 주방에 새로운 전자제품들이 들어와있어요.

아파트 단지에 무료로 사용 가능한 라운지랑 gym이랑 수영장이 있어요.

UGA 학교에서 5-10분 거리, 버스도 옵니다. 새벽 1시까지 운행하는 버스도 있어요.

I am subleasing a room in Athens, GA (The Park: Lakeside Apartments) for June and July.

Lease is $325 per month (includes wifi) and I will pay for utilities. 

The place is on the 1st floor with 4bed and 2bathrooms. You get your own sink.

The roommate that I shared bathroom with is in Korea for the entire summer, so you will be using it by yourself. 

The room is furnished with a bed, closet, 4 shelf drawer, desk, and chair.

I have 2 windows in my room, so it is bright and well lit until sundown. It isn't hot in the summer!

Laundry room extends from the kitchen. The Kitchen has new appliances including refrigerator, oven, microwave.

There is a 24hr accessible lounge, gym and swimming pool that is a 2 minute walk from the place.

Location is 8minutes from the UGA campus. The Athens Transit bus runs. There is also a night bus that runs till 1AM.
