안녕하세요. 조지아텍 학생이고요, 학교 근처 이케아 앞에 위치한 The exchange apt 룸메이트 구해요. 

리모델링 되어서 매우 깨끗한 집이고요 원베드 원베쓰 입니다.

제가 지금 60불 정도 더 내고 방을 쓰고 있는데요, 거실 사용 괜찮으신분 연락 주세요. 

거실이 방에 비해서 더 크고요, 프라이버시 공간 위에 커튼이나 칸막이 설치해서 쓰시면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 

학교 버스 종착점 바로 집 옆이라서 교통 좋고요. 이케아 바로 길 건너에 있습니다.

시설로는 자동차 새차장, 헬스, 라운지, 야외 수영장 있고 집에 세탁기, 드라이어 있고요.

12월 17일 부터 가능합니다. 각격은 698 + utilities 입니다. 

혹시나 거실 사는것 불편하시는 분이여서 꺼리시는 분중에 룸메이트 남자 찾는 분도 계시면 쪽지 주세요.

I am looking for a roommate who will live in a living room available starting in 17th December. 
I am GT student majoring in ME and usually stay at school to study, so if you are GT student and don’t care about living a living room, it would be great. GT school bus station is just in front of the apartment. 
You will use the dashed line area below. You can install something like a curtain to make a better privacy area. The house was newly remodeled.
