2bed, 2bth 룸메이트 (남)1명 있습니다. 두 방 사이 거리 간격이 꽤나 있어 불편하실 일은 없으실 겁니다. (룸메이트 성격 매우 좋습니다)
5월에서 7월까지 총 2달 서브리스를 찾고 있습니다.
방 안에 화장실이랑 연결이 되어있습니다.

Rent 비용 625 + 유틸 생각하시면 됩니다. ( $725 ~ $750 )

I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Westley on the Beltline located in Midtown. there is currently one make roommate occupying one of the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. however, there is enough distance between the two rooms to ensure privacy and comfort. (The roommate is also very easy-going and friendly).
The sublease period will be for two months, from May to July. The bedroom comes with its own connected bathroom.
the rent is $625, and utilities will be added on top, ranging from $725 to $750.
