Looking for a female roommate for a 2b2b apartment in the Lindbergh/Buckhead area

Apartment: spacious 2b2b bedroom located in Lindbergh, gated community, in-unit laundry available, you will have access to a private bedroom and bathroom, no smoking allowed, if you need my furniture in the bedroom (queen size bed, desk and chair, a storage drawer and a standing lamp_, I will sell everything for $100.

Location: convenient location, close to Marta Lindbergh station, 10-min drive away from GT campus (DM me for exact location of the neighborhood)

Leasing time: can move in anytime after 12/25/2023. I will graduate in Dec 2024 and plan to stay until Jan 2025 so preferably someone who want to stay until then. But shorter-term lease is also acceptable.

Rent: please DM me for rent. it might depend no how long you plan to stay.

About me: I am a grad student. I have 2 cats. They are both vaccinated, have a sweet personality and have never attacked anyone before.
