UGA 캠퍼스 주위에 위치한 River Club Townhomes에서 2019년 1-7월 서브리스 구합니다.

총 방 4개에 화장실도 4개라, 개인 화장실이 구비되어있고, 다른 세명 룸메이트는 약대생이라 공부하기 좋은 환경입니다.

거실엔 쇼파와 커피테이블, 부엌엔 식탁, 방엔 책상, 의자, 나잇스텐드가 있어 따로 가구를 가지고 오지 않으셔도 됩니다.

렌트비는 한달에 $395에 물값 포함되어있고, 인터넷은 $12.50, 전기는 $25-30 정도 나옵니다.

서브리스 계약 하실 때 아파트에서 application fee $30 만 내시면, 그 이후엔 따로 부과금은 없을 예정입니다.

12월 중순-말에 짐 옮겨 두시고 싶으시면 12월에 이사 가능하십니다. (렌트비는 1월부터 내시면 됩니다.)

I’m looking for someone to sublease my room at River Club Townhomes for the Spring and Summer 2019! It is a furnished 4 bed/ 4 bath and I live with three other soon to be pharmacy girls. So I can guarantee a studious environment. Rent is $395/month with water. The Internet is $12.50/month and power ends up being $25-30 a month.
