새로 이사갈 집에 룸메이트 구합니다. 

입주 가능한 날짜는 정확히 10월 5일 입니다.

인테리어 다 새거로 바꿔서 아주 깨끗합니다.

방 안에 있는것들은 개인 가구로 갖어 오셔야 합니다.

방 밖에 있는것은 제가 모두 새 가구로 구입할 예정 입니다.

마스터 방은 화장실과 붙어져 있어서 커플과 함께 생활 하기에 알맞는 방 입니다.

Regular 방은 저 포함으로 3명 같이 화장실을 공유해야 합니다.

한달에 regular 방은 $350/유틸리티 별도 입니다.

마스터 방은 $700/유틸리티 별도 입니다.

디파짓은 regular 방 $350불 이고 마스터는 $700 입니다

유틸리티는 total/5명으로 계산할 계획 입니다.

입주 하실때 Lease Agreement 을 6계월 또는 1년 간격으로 계약서를 씁니다.

나이 제한 21-40 입니다. 감사합니다~

Looking for a roommate where the house I am going to be purchasing. 

The date for ready to move in is on Oct,05th.

Everything inside the house is absolutely clean and renovated.

All the furniture in your room is supposed to be brought by individuals

I'm planning on buying the brand new furniture outside of your rooms 

Master bedroom has a attached bathroom so it is perfect room for the couples.

For the regular bedroom, you will be sharing one bathroom with three people including me.

Rent: $350 per rooms/master bedroom:$700

Deposit is going to be $350 and the master bedroom is $700

Utility is going to be total bill divided by total occupants in the house.

You and I will be signing the contract of lease agreement with 6 months or 12 months of intervals.
