Starting mid December, I will be away for the Spring semester. I'm looking to sublease my 1 Bed and 1 Bath apartment near Ponce City Market (2 minutes away by car and 7 minutes by walk) until June. The unit will be available from Dec. 17th for the following six months +@.
It's in a great location close to PCM, Krog Street Market, and has a great Italian restaurant (A mano) and a great pub (Bantam) in walking distance (less than 1 minute and 2 minutes, respectively). There is also a large park right next to the apartment. To add to these, the size of my apartment is pretty big (780sqft) to accommodate a california king size bed with a really comfortable mattress. We also have a terrace attached to this unit is covered with faux grass and has a small outdoor table and two chairs. The price per month does not include the utilities, but I do not mind paying them for you.
Because I will be back by around late June - July, this place will be fully furnished, including a sopha, a bed, a desk, a workstation (tiny table by the bedroom door), a shower curtain, a small wine cellar, and more. A laundry machine and a dryer comes within the unit. For the apartment complex as a whole, we have a parking space attached to the apartments, valet trash pick up service, pest control, a lounge area with free coffee, exercise programs, and a beautiful pool. 안녕하세요. 조지아텍에 재학중인 박사과정생입니다. 12월 중순 (17일) 부터 한 학기동안 (7월초) 자리를 비우게 될 것 같아서 제가 살고 있는 아파트에 서브리스로 들어오실 분을 찾는 중입니다. 아파트 장소는 midtown 의 Ponce city market 근처로 (2 minutes away by car and 7 minutes away by walk) Krog street market 과도 가까이 위치해 있으며 더 가까이에는 맛있는 이탈리안 레스토랑 (A mano) 이 걸어서 1분거리, 분위기 좋은 펍 (Bantam) 이 걸어서 2분거리에 위치해 있습니다.
아파트는 780 sqft로 꽤 큰 편인 1bed 1bath입니다. 내년 7월 초에 제가 돌아올 예정이기 때문에 대부분의 가구들 (캘리포니아 킹 사이즈 침대, 소파, 거울소재의 커피테이블, 화장대, 워크스테이션, 샤워커튼, 와인셀러 등) 이 furnished 되어 있을 예정이지만 혹시 개인 용품을 가져오시고 싶으시면 제 개인 가구들을 옮겨놓겠습니다. 유닛 안에 laundry machine 과 dryer 가 설치되어 있으며 아파트 전체적으로는 내부 파킹, 발렛 트래시 서비스, 페스트 컨트롤, 라운지, 운동 프로그램, 짐, 그리고 수영장 등의 서비스들이 있습니다. 또 유닛 자체와 연결되어있는 테라스에는 제가 개인적으로 그래스패드를 깔아놓았으며 작은 테라스테이블과 테라스용 의자 2개가 설치되어 있습니다.
원래 한달 렌트가격과 유틸리티를 포함하면 월에 나가는 가격이 제시하는 가격보다는 훨씬 높습니다만, 우선은 $1500선으로 6개월동안 들어오실 분을 찾고 있습니다. 관심 있으신 분은 문자로 GTSKA 에서 보시고 연락주신다고 말씀 주세요. 서로 입주자간 조건이 잘 맞으면 가격을 조율할 의향도 있습니다.
