Female roommate wanted for Suwanee-Lawrenceville area. 1 minute from I-85 and close to Korean supermarkets and restaurant. 

You will be the only roommate in a three bedroom townhouse.

One bedroom and full bath with twin bed, dresser, night stand and lamp and medium sized attached

closet. You can bring your own small furniture such as desk and chair if you like. 

$500 per month with all utilities and internet included. Washer and dryer shared with me. 

Quick and easy use of kitchen is okay, but prefer a female who doesn't need to cook and doesn't smoke and doesn't drink. 

Move in will be available starting end of July but I am flexible before or after. 

A clean and organized lifestyle will be highly appreciated.
