안녕하세요, 5x5 아파트의 베드룸 하나를 relet하고자 합니다.
룸메이트들이 전부 여자인 까닭으로 여자분을 찾고 있으며, 기간은 5, 6 ,7월입니다. (입주일자는 조정 가능합니다. move-out date는 31일로 고정입니다).

아파트는 미드타운에 위치해 있고 (조지아텍 5분 도보), fully furnished이며,
현재 가격에 비해 많이 할인된 가격인 $1150불에 내놓습니다. (가격 조정도 어느정도 생각하고 있습니다 :) 연락주세요! )

유틸리티 피는 대략 18~25불 가량이며 relet입니다.
그런고로 제 이름이 아닌, 계약하시는 분의 성함으로 아파트와 계약을 진행하게 되며, 마음에 드실 경우 계약 연장도 가능합니다.
또한 나갈 때 청소 서비스를 지불할 예정이기에, 입주하실 때 청소 걱정 또한 하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

다른 룸메이트들은 전부 여학우들로, 매우 조용한 편이며 대체로 낮에는 마주칠 일이 없습니다.
