I will have three rooms available in Bolton/West midtown area, 10-15min from GA tech/Suntrust park and 1-2 min from 285. I haven't moved in yet.! Close to Buckhead ,downtown, midtown and 20hwy. Available 1st Feb. Living room and kitchen are very spacious and open layout . Bedrooms are different sizes. You will share bathroom.
Rent is $550-700 + utilities (gas, electric,water).It will be not much .WiFi is included. Open to 6 or 12 month lease but can be flexible.
I am in my mid 30s and work at Management Company/Designing company.Most of months I'm not home bc of business trip. I am easy going and open to all, but looking to live with other professional people.
I don't have a pet. There is a great back yard with private wooden fence .
