I  will have three rooms available in Bolton/West midtown area, 10-15min from GA tech/Suntrust park and 1-2 min from 285. The room will be available end of August .  Close to Buckhead ,downtown, midtown and 20hwy. Living room and kitchen are very spacious and open layout . Bedrooms are different sizes. You will share bathroom.

Rent is $650 utilities (gas, electric,water) included .WiFi is included.Open to 6 or 12 month lease but can be flexible.

I am in my mid 30s and work at Management Company/Designing company.Most of months I'm not home bc of business trip. I am easy going and open to all, but looking to live with other professional people.
