There are two bedrooms each with the private bathrooms. Newly renovated to upgraded to premium features with hard floor and new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Apartment is furnished with bed, desk, dresser, closet, washer & dryer, living room furniture, flat screen TV and dinning table and chairs. This building is adjacent to the club house and leasing office. The apartment proivdes shuttle bus for students to and from the UGA. Resort like pool and club house amenities. Right now we pay base rent $900 plus utilities. You might get a different rate when you sign the contract.

The Lodge of Athens is an apartment complex in Athens, GA. Great location for UGA students’ off-campus living. Relative area is about 15 minutes away from the heart of the UGA campus, as well as just 5 minutes away from Downtown Athens (driving). Area is within walking distance of campus.
