위치/가격/아파트가 너무 좋은데 개인사정이 있어 서브리스하실 여성분 찾고있습니다. 
Although I loved living at this apartment because of its location, price, size and cleanliness, I am unable to live there at the current time. I'm looking for a person to sublease and be a good roommate to my current one. 

- Apt : The London Apt Homes (Madison Drive, Atlanta GA 30346)

- 위치: Perimeter Mall 바로 건너서 (I-285, EXIT 29), (Across from Perimeter Mall)
   Dekalb County (Chamblee/Dunwoody)
   *둘루스, 미드타운 - 20분 거리. 
   (Central location - 20 minutes to Duluth or Midtown.)
   *출근 I-85 North 타고 올라가시면 교통체증 없습니다.
    태근 (I-85S)도 마찬가지입니다.
           (Against Traffic going up to Duluth area in the morning and coming down    in the evening)

- 가격: 원래 마켓 가격은 $1460입니다. (original market value)
   랜트: $490.75 + 유틸: ($60-$120)
   인터넷/워셔 포함헤서 한달에 총 ~$600/월 입니다.
   (Rent+All Utilities = about $600/month)

- 기간: 2014년 5월 1일 부터 쭉 (2015월 리스계학이 끝나지만 더 사셔도 됩니다)
           기간조절 가능  
(Move in from May 1st onward. You may stay for a couple months or keep on living
