아파트 근처에 Kroger & Target 이 5분 거리 선상에 있고 하이웨이도 이분정도면 빠질수 있는 좋은 로케이션입니다.
남자 룸메가 이미 한명 있지만 서브리스를 하시면 방과 화장실은 혼자 쓰십니다.
렌트는 한달에 거의 $700 불이고 거기에 포함 되있는거는 : cable, internet, trash, pool, and gym 입니다.
보통 물세랑 전기세는 한달에 $50-$100 정도 됩니다.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease.
The apartment complex is called Camden Saint Clair on Briarcliff Road NE and is 4 minutes from Target, 5 minutes from Kroger, and 2 minutes from i85 southbound and i85 northbound. It is easy to get to Emory University (14 min), Georgia Tech University (13 min), and Georgia State University (15 min).
The apartment will be shared with one other male student. This room contains two closets and your own bathroom is right in front of the hall. There is a washer and a dryer in this apartment.
The rent is $700 dollars and includes: cable, internet, trash pick up, pool, and gym access. With water and power, it would be $50 to $100 depending on how you use energy. Lease ends December 30, 2018. If you are interested, please TEXT me at (706) 267-9465.
