*Allow us to have a cat

*Plenty of storage and parking for three cars

*My husband need to be able to park his van (with Ladders) in the driveway.

  some HOA's do not allow this.

*Close to Peachtree Corners or Duluth, or Lawrenceville in the 30043 zip code area
