유닛에 세탁기/건조기 다 있고, 수영장, 프리파킹있는 새 아파트 입니다.

렌트비는 대략 한사람당 $900+유틸리티 fee.
입주는 8월 20일정도 생각하고 있습니다만, 살짝 조정할 수있습니다.

제가 고양이 한 마리 키우고 있어서 펫이 없는 룸메이트를 찾습니다.

Hi! Looking for a roommate to split a 2bed/2bath apartment (with in-unit laundry) in Duluth/Suwanee Creek. Room is available August 20th.
I do have a cat, who’s really friendly, so I’d prefer someone who does not have a pet.
Female roommate preferred.
Rent is about $900+utilities for the room.
The complex is brand new, and has: In-unit washer dryer, a gym, pool, free parking, and clubhouse with coworking space. It’s located in a forested area, and well-connected to nearby areas.
