Fully furnished, personal bathroom included in the bedroom, mini refrigerator in the room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and all utilities included (I will pay the internet fee).
Nearest off-campus apartment you will find. Athens transit 12 will take you to the campus every 15minutes.
The apartment is originally $395 and another $15 for the high speed internet, which makes it $410. I will pay $110, and you can pay just $300.
