If anyone is looking for a sublease at University House in Midtown for July, my 1bed1bath in 4bed/4bath is available from July 1 to July 31! Taco Bell, Insomnia Cookies, and Super Cut are our building neighbors with Publix right across the street! 3 min walk to Midtown station is a bonus!

I will permanently move out before July so everything will be clean and nothing will be left in the room. It is all yours.
