I am subleasing a room in Athens, GA (The Park: Lakeside Apartments) for June and July.

Lease is $375 per month with utility (electricity, water, wifi) included. 

The place is on the 1st floor with 4bed and 2bathrooms. You get your own sink.

The room is furnished with a bed, closet, 4 shelf drawer, desk, and chair.

Laundry room extends from the kitchen. The Kitchen has new appliances including refrigerator, oven, microwave.

There is a 24hr accessible lounge, gym and swimming pool that is a 2 minute walk from the room.

Location is 8minutes from the UGA campus. There is a bus that runs every 20 minutes.
