가격은 $1400 /month 대이고 Utility Fee 는 따로입니다.

8월말이나 9월초에 들어오실분 구합니다.

The contract is until late of November, but you can extend the contract if you want. 

If someone who had a problem with your status, you will be easy to talk with this apartment manager. 

The price is $1400 per month (Utility fee is not included ) This price is lower than current price because we made this contract when the price is low. 

We welcome to come in late August or beginning of  September.
