Athens, GA에 (The Park: Lakeside Apartments) 6,7월 Sublease합니다.

한달에 $325 (Wifi포함), Utility는 따로 내는데 매달 $18미만으로 냅니다 (물,전기 포함. 쓰는 만큼만 내요^^)

1층에 있는 4bed 2bath (개인 싱크대)입니다.

방에 가구 (침대, 옷장, 수납장, 책상, 의자) 포함 되어있습니다.

제방에 큰 창문이 두개 있어서 햇빛이 잘 들어와요. 여름에 덥지 않습니다.

세탁기/건조기가 주방쪽에 따로 있고요 주방에 새로운 전자제품들이 들어와있어요.

아파트 단지에 무료로 사용 가능한 라운지랑 gym이랑 수영장이 있어요.

UGA 학교에서 5-10분 거리, 버스도 15-20분 간격으로 옵니다. 새벽 1시까지 운행하는 버스도 있어요.

I am subleasing a room in Athens, GA (The Park: Lakeside Apartments) for June and July.

Lease is $325 per month (includes wifi) + utility (electricity, water) which comes to be under $18 each month.

The place is on the 1st floor with 4bed and 2bathrooms. You get your own sink.

The room is furnished with a bed, closet, 4 shelf drawer, desk, and chair.

I have 2 windows in my room, so it is bright and well lit until sundown. It isn't hot in the summer!

Laundry room extends from the kitchen. The Kitchen has new appliances including refrigerator, oven, microwave.

There is a 24hr accessible lounge, gym and swimming pool that is a 2 minute walk from the place.

Location is 8minutes from the UGA campus. There is a bus that runs every 15-20 minutes. There is also a night bus that runs till 1AM.
