Safe. Clean. Room for rent. Has Private Bathroom. Walk-in Closet. Fully Furnished. Located in west midtown. near downtown, Georgia Tech, and I85 and I285 highway systems. I am asking $900 plus you pay your share of the utilities (electricity, water, cable, etc).

The community has tight security with a gated entrance along with a 24-hour security guard and the community also has a nice swimming pool and dog park.

The room includes: walk-in closet, private bathroom, queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, and lamps. In addition, you have access to everything else in the house (cooking equipment, outdoor grill, 60inch LED TV, iphone controlled speaker-system throughout the house).

I'm 33-year old male that works as a Director at a manufacturing company in the area. I am renting out the master room on the top floor in my house and will stay in the basement floor. The middle floor is a shared space for the living area/kitchen. I am a laid-back person. In my free time, I enjoy watching TV and seeing friends.

 조지아텍에서 4마일정도 떨어진 웨스트 미드타운에 위치한, 조용하고 안전한 타운하우스 룸 쉐어할 분 찾습니다. 타운하우스 커뮤니티 전용 시큐리티가드가 게이트에 있구요 수영장도 있습니다. 주차는 2대까지는 기본으로 수용 가능합니다 (한 대씩 사용하면 됨)

거실과 부엌은 중간 층에 있고 소파, 요리 도구, 식탁, 세탁기 쉐어 가능합니다.
