I'm subleasing my master bedroom out mid Nov 2016 to Aug 2017 for $800/month + utilities + cable. It is the master bedroom in an amazing 2 bedroom apt at Berkeley Heights (http://berkeley-heights.net/) on Northside Dr. right off of I-75. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, desk, and bookshelf and your connected bathroom has lots of counter space and built-in storage. The closet is HUGE and will come with hangers and shelving. The apartment can be unfurnished as well if you'd prefer. 

You will have an AWESOME roommate (24 yr old female working professional, super clean and friendly) who currently lives in the second bedroom. Check out the pictures in Craigslist ad and text/call me if you're interested or have any questions! I'm looking to find someone ASAP to take over the lease. Price and sublease length may be negotiable.
