Clean Townhouse ready for a female roommate. One bedroom and full bath $500. The reason why it's $500 is because I am not renting

the third room, which means it will be quiet. 

House will be available on the last week of July. You can reserve the room mid July with your deposit. 

All utilities included with washer and dryer plus Internet. Dresser (plus attached closet), desk and chair, night stand and lamp and twin bed provided.

You can have a small refrigerator in your bedroom and bring small furniture if you like.

Quick use of the kitchen is fine, but prefer someone who doesn't need to cook. 

Non smoker and drinker and someone who is quiet without visitors.
