Clean Townhouse ready for two female roommates. In case two roommates share full bathroom then it's $400 each. One roommate with bedroom and full bath will be $600. If you prefer to be quiet then you let me know so won't rent the second room. House will be ready August 1 or the last week of July. All utilities included with washer and dryer plus Internet. You can have a small refrigerator in your bedroom but prefer someone who doesn't cook. Non smoker and someone who is quiet without visitors. One month deposit required.
