The rent is already paid for the month of December, so you can start paying rent in January.

I will give you a twin bed for free.

Rent (including utilities) ranges from $730 - 750.

It's 15 minutes from GA State and 10 minutes from GaTech.

The apartment complex is called Marquis Midtown West.

It is a very safe gated community.
