기간은 5/1~7/31, 3개월이며 원하실 시 leasing office와 연장계약을 하실 수 있습니다.

Fully furnished된 유닛이며, 현재 계약가격보다 약간 할인된 가격으로 내놓습니다!
또한 꽤 넓은 편이고, 꼭대기 층에 가깝기 때문에 전망 또한 매우 좋고 조용한 편입니다 :)

현재 스튜디오의 경우 $1669 이상의 가격이지만, 해당 유닛을 $1549에 내놓고자 합니다.
Util Fee의 경우는 별도이며, 보통 매달 25~30불입니다 (인터넷, 쓰레기, 전기, 수도 모두 포함).
