I am renting out my 1 bed 1 bath condo in Midtown Atlanta.

Its about 1-2 blocks from Piedmont Park across W Hotel Midtown.

There is a Marta Station very close to my condo and also a Zipcar that’s parked in the corner of my condo that you can use if you don’t have a car. I use to use the Marta Station quite often when traveling so I don't have to park my car at the airport.

I have lived in Atlanta for a very long time and I really don’t’ think you can ask for a better location in the city, It’s safe, convenient, I-85 I-75 in a very close proximity, restaurants bars all over the place, and it’s close to Georgia Tech and within walking distance to the Art Center. Piedmont Park has a lot of events throughout the year that you can walk to and enjoy. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. My condo does have a lot of events to help the neighbors get to know each other. Some of the events that you might enjoy are wine tasting, barbequing etc. Amenities in the unit include nice gym, library, court yard with barbeque, club house for events.

I have all the furnitures ,appliancess, and dishes in the unit if you need a furnished unit and I will not charge extra for them.

The unit will be available from 1^st of April.

I am asking $1295/month with a $1295 refundable deposit. + $250 application fee to be paid to the condo HOA (None refundable)

Internet is included in the $1295, but water and electric needs to be paid by the renter separately.

I am very flexible with the lease term.
