Hello,
I am looking for a person who can take over the lease from June 1st to October 15th
It is a single bedroom apartment, and the rent will be $800 per month (utilities excluded). The apartment community is Gables. As some of you might have heard, it is great community with reputable management. I hate to give this up, but I just got a job in different state, so I need someone to take over until the lease ends.
