I am looking for a female roommate (preferably in their 20's) that would be interested in leasing a 2 bed/2 bath with me around the Dunwoody/Perimeter Mall area.
I've already found some apartments which cost around $1300-$1400.
I need someone who is comfortable with paying around $700/month (not including utilities - which will be split 50/50)
I'm looking to do a 1-year lease and if we agree to lease an apartment together we will have both of our names listed on the lease contract.
