This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Buckhead. Floor plan is very unique where there are 2 floors (townhouse-style) and there is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom on each floor. You will be living with one other person (my roommate), who lives upstairs. You will have your own living room, private master bedroom and attached private bathroom downstairs. There are 2 separate entries to each floor. Washer/dryer in unit.

Location is perfect, plenty of space for parking (gated) - I will provide more info and tour upon contact!

I will be going to Korea this September and will be staying there for a while; I'm looking to sublease my apartment all the way through the end of my contract or to take over my lease! Starting from 09/01

Buckhead 에 있는 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 아파트에요. 타운하우스 스타일 처럼 우리 아파트는 2층으로 나눠져서, 각 층에 개인 방이랑 화장실이 있어요. 제 룸메이트 한명이랑 같이 사실거에요. 룸메이트는 윗층에 살아요. 제가 사는 1층에 있는 개인 거실, 개인방이랑, 개인 화장실 이용하시면 되요. 각층 마다 entry 도 따로 있어서 되게 private 해요. 아파트안에 새 세탁기/건조기 다 있어요.

위치가 엄청 convenient 하고, 주차할 공간도 되게 많아요 (gated, covered parking). 바로 옆에 Marta (기차역) 이랑 버스타는 곳도 가까워요. 연락주시면 더 자세한 information 이랑 tour 가능합니다!
제가 이번 9월달에 한국을 장기간으로 가게 되어서, 아파트를 계약끝까지 sublease, or lease 를 take over 할수있는분을 찼습니다. 09/01 부터 lease 가능하구요, lease end date 는 05/01 입니다.
