깨끗한 저희집에서 방 5개중 1방을 렌트하실 분들을 찾습니다. 방마다 다른방들과는 떨어져 있기때문에 사생활을 걱정하실 필요가 없으며 모든 유틸리티가 제공됩니다.
집에 대한 정보:
집은 지하를 포함하지 않은 3500 sq ft가 조금 넘고 집은 모두 나무바닥이며 좋은 부엌과 넓은 마루, 좋은 베란다, 넓은 앞마당과 뒷마당이 있습니다.
집 안에서는 모두 신발을 벗고 생활합니다. 방문자가 있을때에는 모두다 신발을 벗고 들어올수 있도록 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
Exit Ashford Dunwoody Rd.에서 아주가깝고 300, 285, 85, 75 에서도 1분거리안에 있으며 모든 편의시설들이 집 주변 가까이 있으므로 매우 편리하게 생활하실수 있습니다.
Oglethorpe University, Marist, Perimeter Mall, Lenox Mall, the Town Brookhaven의 장소들이 모두 15분 미만으로 도착하실수 있습니다.
유틸리티 포함에는 티비채널, 인터넷, 세탁기등이 제공됩니다.
두번째 방은 20 ft by 20 ft 이고 이 집의 가장 큰 안방 입니다.
이 방은 아주 큰 화장실(욕조, 큰 케비넷, 2개의 싱크)이 방안에 딸려 있습니다.
아주 큰 옷장이 있기 때문에 짐이 많으신 분들에게는 아주 좋습니다.
렌트 비용은 $700 입니다.
반드시 한달치 생활비를 deposit으로 받으며 나가실때 방에 큰 데미지만 없다면 다시 돌려 드립니다.
꼭 1년 이상 계실 분만 연락 부탁드립니다.
가족에 대해서:
저희 가족은 모두 매우 깨끗하고 공손하며 열심히 일하는 한국 가정입니다.
저는 30살로 RN, 저는 그 집에 살지 않지만 제가 집안에 모든 것을 담당하게 될것입니다.
저희 어머니께서는 간호사이시고 지금은 LA에서 새아빠와 같이 일하고 계십니다.
현재 이 집에는 방을 Rent 하는 2명의 여자분이 계시고 나머지 2방을 Rent 하려고 합니다.
부모님이 집에 안계시고 집에 같이 지내실분들이 거주하고 계시니 꼭조용하고 깨끗하게 사용하셨으면 하는 바램입니다.
참고로, 다른 분들께서도 같은 집에서 생활하시니 손님분들을 많이 데리고 오지 않으셨으면 하는 바램입니다.
계실 분으로는 꼭 full time으로 일을 하시거나 full time 학생이여야 하고,반드시 깨끗하고 공손하신 분이셔야 합니다.
Rooms for Rent
We are renting 1 of our 5 rooms in our lovely home. All utilities and amenities included! Please read below.
About the house
- A little over 3500 sq ft in space, not including the basement
- Entire home has hardwood floors. We will ask that you take your shoes off at the door, before entering the home (sorry, Korean/Asian rules)
- Wonderful kitchen, huge living space, great patio, great front and back yard.
- Just inside the perimeter off of Ashford Dunwoody Rd exit on 285.
- Minutes away from 400, 285, 85, and 75
- Minutes away from Oglethorpe University, Marist, Perimeter Mall, Lenox Mall, the Town Brookhaven
- Utilities and amenities all inclusive! We will provide water, power, hi speed internet, washer and dryer.
About the rooms
- Bedroom is approx 20 ft by 20 ft. This room is the master bedroom but we would like to rent this room out instead.
- Bathroom is connected to this bedroom. The bathroom is extremely large with plenty of shelving space
- Spacious walk in closet within the room. The walk in closet is absolutely huge!
- Asking price for this room is $700
- One month deposit is required. It will be returned at the end of your lease, granted nothing is ruined in the house during the length of stay.
- Must be a 1 year lease agreement minimum
About our family
- We are a very clean, respectful, hard working Korean family.
- I am a 30 yr old male, RN. I do not live at the house but I do live very close by and if there any discrepancies I will be around frequently.
- My mother is an RN and currently working in Los Angeles as a Nurse, so she will not be around the house often. I will generally be coming into the house and maintaining our home.
- You will not be bothered with others and please do not be loud and bother them.
- We like to keep the house very clean and quiet. We tend to not want guests over at our home and would like only the person living in the rooms to be there. This can of course be discussed in detail once we have met.
Who and what we are looking for:
- Full time working professional or full time student
- Must be EXTREMELY clean and very respectful
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
